Responsibilities

• Maintain safety guidelines at all times.
• Measure piece dimensions with various instruments.
• Review work orders for setup, sequence, and finished piece dimensions.
• Operate laminating equipment and adjust speed, temperature, and pressure.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and ensure clean work area.
• Inspect finished product per guidelines to ensure quality.
• Complete production reports and quality verification processes.
• Communicate job status with shifts to maintain efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
