Job summary

PVK Corporation in Laurel, MD is seeking a Senior LabWare LIMS SME for a hybrid role. You will configure, customize, and implement LabWare LIMS for water and wastewater workflows, and lead CLT and EWT deployments.

You will integrate instruments via LabStation middleware and develop complex reports and dashboards. You will also configure quality management, scheduling, and inventory within LIMS, develop LIMS Basic code, support testing and go-live, and produce EDDs for regulatory data exchanges

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on LabWare LIMS experience.
• Strong LabWare LIMS v8 experience.
• Advanced LIMS Basic programming.
• CLT and EWT configuration and deployment experience.
• LabStation and instrument integration experience.
• Advanced Crystal Reports skills.
• Experience delivering Electronic Data Deliverables (EDD).
• Full LabWare implementation lifecycle experience.
• Experience in regulated laboratory environments.

Responsibilities

Hiring: Senior LabWare LIMS SME | Hybrid | Laurel, MD

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and implement LabWare LIMS for water/wastewater laboratory workflows.
• Lead configuration and deployment of Contract Lab Template (CLT) and Enterprise Water Component Template (EWT).
• Integrate laboratory instruments using LabStation/middleware.
• Develop complex Crystal Reports, analytical reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Configure quality management, control charting, sample scheduling, and inventory functionality.
• Develop and troubleshoot LIMS Basic code, custom workflows, parsing, and calculations.
• Support unit testing, UAT, troubleshooting, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Develop Electronic Data Deliverables (EDD) for external/regulatory data exchange.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and technical support to internal LIMS/IT teams.
