Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a LabWare Developer with 7-8 years of experience to drive LIMS configurations, scripting, and automation for our laboratory clients in the United States. The candidate will gather requirements, configure LIMS, and integrate instruments to ensure seamless data flow.

Strong knowledge of LIMS Basic, MethEX, Crystal Reports, and data governance is required. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in LabWare LIMS/ELN/LES implementations.
• Proficient in LIMS Basic Scripting and MethEX Module.
• Strong data governance, version control, and validation practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and GxP environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements for laboratory and stakeholders.
• Configure LabWare LIMS and provide technical assistance to the team and troubleshooting when needed.
• Configure and create Master Data including Products, Projects, Analysis, Calculations, Automation Scripts, Message Engine etc.
• Good knowledge of LIMS Basic – format calculations, analysis component calculations (variables properties, writing basic algorithms).
• Integrating instruments with LabWare LIMS to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
• Developing and maintaining custom scripts and automation scripts to implement / enhance system functionality.
• Working with Agile teams to implement new features and improvements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues to ensure smooth operation.
