Job summary

CSols Inc. is expanding its LabWare technical team and seeks a motivated LabWare Developer Consultant to lead the design, development, and validation of LIMS solutions for client projects.

You will implement modules like ELN, Charge Manager, and Plate Manager, translating complex lab requirements into scalable software. Based in the United States and able to work remotely, you will collaborate with clients, analysts, and project managers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on LabWare LIMS (v7/v8) experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong communication and remote-work capabilities; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ELN integrations (ELN v3 is a plus) and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Build, code, unit test, and deploy LabWare LIMS functional solutions following SDLC.
• Module Integration: Implement core and advanced LabWare modules (ELN v3, Charge Manager, Enhanced Visual Workflows, Plate Manager).
• Instrument & System Interfacing: Configure and support instrument interfaces with LabWare LIMS.
• Prototyping & Collaboration: Develop prototypes for business review with client teams.
• Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Diagnose root causes and optimize LIMS configurations.
• Team & Client Engagement: Participate in technical reviews and manage priorities remotely.
