Job summary

Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) seeks a seasoned LabVIEW developer to design, implement, and support MoSAIC-based test software at our San Antonio campus. You’ll collaborate across data acquisition, instrumentation, and controls to automate test systems for a wide range of research programs.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in CS/CE/EE, 7–12 years LabVIEW experience, NI CLD (and CLA within 4 years if not held), plus strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or related field required.
• LabVIEW development experience for 7–12 years.
• NI CLD certification required or willingness to obtain within 2 years; CLA within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support LabVIEW-based MoSAIC software for data acquisition, test control, and automation.
• Collaborate with instrumentation and controls teams across R&D programs.
• Lead or contribute to all phases of system/software integration and troubleshooting.
