RCM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior LabVantage consultant to configure LIMS and manage ELN master data in a GxP lab. You will develop methods, support users, and lead training to enable the client team to operate the system independently.

The role requires 7+ years in LIMS with hands-on LabVantage work, ELN master data experience, and strong knowledge of GxP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11. Excellent communication with scientists and IT staff is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of LIMS experience with hands-on LabVantage configuration.
• Experience setting up ELN master data in regulated labs.
• Experience developing methods in LIMS or ELN.
• Working knowledge of GxP, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity.
• Proven experience training end users and transferring knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Configure LabVantage LIMS to support lab workflows and requirements.
• Create, maintain, review ELN master data (products, specs, methods, templates).
• Ensure master data accuracy, compliance with GxP and data integrity.
• Develop analytical methods in LabVantage and ELN; convert legacy methods.
• Provide day-to-day user support and assist with validation procedures.
• Lead training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.
