Compensation Range: $27 - $32 per hour Shift Time - Day Shift: Hours from 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday to FridayThe Senior Laboratory Technician understands, operates, and maintains laboratory procedures per customer specification requirements, ensuring compliance with the latest customer specifications, company procedures, and quality control and assurance requirements. This role includes supporting troubleshooting technical or process or performance‑related issues, and managing testing activities such as etch rate, salt spray, and IGA/EGP corrosion testing, and calibration of lab and production equipment. The Senior Laboratory Technician is also responsible for chemical inventory control—including ordering, labeling, tracking expiration dates, and disposal. Senior Tech is responsible to support production needs and any process audits (internal/external) to maintain compliance with aerospace standards and customer specification NADCAP, AS9100, and ISO14001.
