We are seeking aSenior Laboratory Project Services Leadto join IQVIA Laboratories ina remote position.

As a Senior Laboratory Project Services Lead, you will support the Project Manager and cross-functional teams throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with protocols, SOPs, and client expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting Project Managers in study setup by preparing meeting minutes, action logs, and protocol-specific laboratory instructions.
• Overseeing protocol-specific Laboratory Centralized Monitoring setup and day-to-day performance tracking.
• Monitoring study activities including site loading, kit shipments, and Investigator Portal access.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve queries, protocol issues, and escalations.
• Analyzing monitoring tools and reports to identify trends and provide performance feedback.
• Assisting with document quality control, monitoring plans, and delegated project management tasks.
• Leading customer communications and project activities during Project Manager absences.
• Representing IQVIA in meetings, audits, and training sessions, including Investigator and client meetings.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Clinical, Medical, or Healthcare industries.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this role:

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,000.00 - $154,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
