Cardinal Health in Dublin, OH (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Marketing to support the Laboratory Products portfolio through product management, marketing and business activities.

The role manages program enrollment, monitors activity, and prepares customer presentations while maintaining product catalogs and reporting. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to coordinate across Sales, Suppliers, Inventory, Data Management, and Downstream Marketing.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a related role or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving inventory, Digital/Web, Product Management, and Commercial teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-level collaboration
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work remotely from home/field with a dedicated, quiet environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with program enrollment and implementation processes.
• Monitor customer activity and initiate risk-mitigation strategies.
• Provide program guidance and resources to sales teams for customer presentations.
• Maintain program reporting and statistics.
• Support portfolio maintenance, product catalog updates, and data management across sources.
• Assist with demand planning, inventory monitoring, and risk management.
• Identify product opportunities through data and provide analytics for sales actions.
• Support development of product and program marketing materials and campaigns.
• Serve as liaison between sales and internal support teams (inventory, demand planning, finance, sourcing, marketing).
• Assist with product training, product inquiries, and research; help with pricing and contract inquiries.
