Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving inventory, Digital/Web, Product Management, and Commercial teams preferred.
• Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Assist with enrollment and implementation, monitor activity, provide guidance to sales, maintain program reporting.
• Product Management: Support portfolio maintenance, catalogue data maintenance across sources, maintain product tracking reports.
• Sales enablement: Liaison between sales and internal support teams; provide product training and answer questions.
• Supplier management: Maintain supplier relationships and participate in cadence calls and QBRs.
• General: Communicate updates, manage multiple priorities, develop reusable FAQs and standardized processes.
