Job summary

California Lottery is seeking a Supervisor II in Sacramento to lead the Labor Relations and Internal Investigations functions within HR. You will guide management on labor relations matters and ensure compliance with the Ralph C. Dills Act and MOUs.

This role requires a current Supervisor II exam and strong leadership. The position is headquartered in Sacramento with hybrid telework eligibility and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in labor relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret laws, rules, MOU provisions and policies
• Strategic thinking and problem solving in complex labor matters
• Experience guiding management on labor relations matters and investigations with discretion

Responsibilities

• Lead Labor Relations and Internal Investigations functions within HR
• Provide guidance to management on labor relations matters
• Oversee internal investigations into employee misconduct
• Ensure legally compliant practices under Ralph C. Dills Act and MOUs
• Develop and implement labor relations strategies to support organizational goals
