Job summary

Merz Aesthetics, a leader in global aesthetics, is seeking a labeling quality leader in Wisconsin to drive compliance, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

You will oversee labeling QA processes, risk management, change control, and inspection readiness, partnering with Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure labeling accuracy and regulatory adherence. The role requires strategic thinking and talent development across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
• 5+ years in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Labeling, or related function in regulated industry.
• 3-5 years leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple functions and levels.
• First leadership experience managing professional staff and developing talent.
• Strong knowledge of labeling regulations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage labeling QA processes and systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
• Oversee labeling activities including review, approval, document control, risk management, and change control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives for labeling procedures.
• Monitor labeling processes with metrics, trend analysis, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address labeling quality issues and drive timely resolution.
• Support Change Control and Risk Management activities.
