Merz Aesthetics in Wisconsin seeks a Quality Assurance professional to oversee supplier quality, drive CAPA processes, and coordinate audits. The role emphasizes improving quality systems and ensuring regulatory compliance across medical devices, cosmetics, and dietary supplements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Engineering or BS in a physical science, with 2–4 years in QA within regulated industries and ASQ certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or BS in Physical Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2–4 years Quality Assurance and/or other regulated industry or similar experience.
• ASQ Certification as a Quality Engineer, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier quality and day-to-day interface with suppliers that manufacture for Merz North America.
• Drive the Corrective/Preventive Action process and manage product non-conformances, CAPAs, scrap and rework data.
• Coordinate and execute internal and supplier audits; provide leadership during audits.
• Lead Quality Improvement processes and drive process optimization.
• Manage staff and resources to support Merz Supplier Quality; mentor and train team.
• Assist with compliance and inspections to meet applicable standards and regulations.
• Support Quality Department and other Merz Aesthetics departments as directed.
