Job summary

Lab Tech Sr. in Redwood City, CA, is responsible for preparing samples for analysis through accessioning, sample management, and storage with high proficiency.

You will log and track samples using LIMS and related software, and perform required administrative tasks including scanning paperwork. Role requires strict adherence to ISO 15189, GDP, and all lab regulations by following SOPs, recording data accurately, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for analysis by accessioning and sample management.
• Receive, sort, unpack, and log samples using LIMS and specified software.
• Perform administrative tasks and document required paperwork.
• Support order entry and processing by reviewing patient demographics and sample details.
• Maintain ISO 15189, QMS, GDP compliance and follow SOPs.
