BSK Associates, a trusted name in engineering with over 60 years of excellence, is seeking a Supervisor II to lead our satellite lab operations in California.

The Supervisor II will oversee staff, manage daily activities, and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards while supporting project needs. A bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science with relevant supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related science.
• 7 years applicable experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading lab staff and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff’s day-to-day activities and ensures SOP adherence.
• Coordinates department scheduling and personnel assignments to meet production goals.
• Trains staff on duties, safety, and test methods; reviews timecards and vacations.
• Maintains equipment, troubleshooting, and liaison with maintenance.
• Ensures timely delivery of analytical results meeting client requirements.
