Apollopros is seeking a Senior Laboratory Operations Technician onsite in NJ. This contract role supports fast-paced oligonucleotide development, purification, characterization, and manufacturing using GMP practices.

You will operate HPLC and UV‑VIS, maintain documentation, and help drive process improvements in a regulated lab. The position requires 2–4 years of lab experience, strong instrumentation knowledge, and excellent documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of laboratory, manufacturing, or operations experience in a scientific or regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures, SOPs, safety regulations, and cGMP guidelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support equipment compliance and laboratory operations.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new processes and contribute to experimental planning and execution.

Responsabilités

• Laboratory Operations & Production Support: perform purification, downstream processing, characterization, and final formulation of oligonucleotide products.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation (HPLC, UV-VIS, and other analytical equipment).
• Ensure production activities and laboratory testing are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing and processing issues to support operational success.
• Documentation & Compliance: follow SOPs, OSHA safety regulations, and cGMP requirements; document activities and testing results; enter data in SAP, LIMS, and other systems; support audit readiness.
• Equipment & Laboratory Support: monitor inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and qualification; ensure documentation and records meet standards.
• Process Improvement & Development: design, execute, and organize experiments; contribute to protocols and reports; suggest improvements and help update SOPs.
• Training & Team Collaboration: complete trainings and share knowledge; collaborate cross‑functionally; perform additional duties as assigned.
