Job summary

HRforGrowth is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager II for Labor & Delivery to provide clinical and operational leadership in a high-acuity maternal-child environment in Santa Clara, CA.

This role oversees daily unit operations, staffing, safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and budget management while partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum 5 years of patient care delivery experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, clinical healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership/management experience.
• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
