You will coordinate invoicing, revenue recognition, and month-end close while collaborating with finance and client teams; 3+ years in accounting required. US travel up to 5% may be needed. English and Korean fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Business, IT.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Business, IT.
• Ability to travel up to 5% within the US.
• Korean/English bilingual proficiency.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; detail-oriented.
• 3+ years in accounting or financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly updates of sales and financial data.
• Support leadership with timely, valuable reporting.
• Coordinate with business teams, procurement, accounting and legal for support.
• Prepare accounting statements and month-end accruals.
• Oversee daily AR operations and billing; follow up on overdue accounts.
• Generate monthly account status, discrepancy, and aging reports.
• Create invoices that are accurate and compliant with laws and regulations.
• Coordinate billing schedules to meet contract requirements.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
• Support revenue recognition in line with accounting standards.
• Maintain records of billed and unbilled revenue and contract performance.
• Serve as primary billing contact for clients and provide timely responses.
