Qualifications

• Associate's or higher in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• Bilingual Korean/English required.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% in the US.
• 3+ years in accounting or financial operations.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and monthly financial data revisions.
• Support leadership with timely reporting.
• Coordinate with business teams, procurement, accounting and legal for support.
• Prepare month-end accruals and financial statements.
• Oversee daily AR operations and timely billing, overdue follow-up.
• Generate monthly account status, discrepancies and aging reports.
• Create invoices, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate billing schedules per contracts and client expectations.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition per standards.
• Maintain records of billed and unbilled revenue.
• Serve as client contact for billing inquiries with timely responses.
