About Your Position
CONSTANT is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist to support the Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM). OFAM mission is to provide effective and efficient management of Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) fleet and asset resources. This includes acquiring and disposing of vehicles and equipment, maintaining and repairing fleet assets, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards and supporting operational needs through efficient asset management.
This Is What You'll Do
The Senior Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting knowledge management initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of SharePoint administration, customization, and troubleshooting, and a passion for aligning knowledge management practices with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
