Technical Integrity, LLC is seeking a senior staff engineer specializing in knowledge graph retrieval to tackle scaling challenges of enterprise knowledge graphs used by AI agents. You will design retrieval algorithms across graph structures and unstructured text, build production-grade infrastructure, and collaborate with product teams to map real-world use cases.

This role combines graph algorithms with modern LLM-based retrieval in a high-growth startup setting.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals: graphs, data structures, complexity
• Information retrieval, ranking, evaluation metrics
• Knowledge graphs and graph databases experience
• Vector search and hybrid retrieval concepts
• NLP query understanding and multi-hop reasoning
• Production engineering with Python/TypeScript stack
• Understanding RAG and LLM integration

Responsibilities

• Design core retrieval algorithms for large knowledge graphs
• Build production infrastructure: caching, indexing, APIs
• Instrument and optimize performance of retrieval systems
• Collaborate with product to understand use cases and requirements
• Ship features rapidly, iterate on feedback from users
