Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York, seeks a Senior Designer for Knitwear RTW in New York, NY. The role leads concept development, collaborating with design and cross-functional partners to deliver knitwear that blends modern style with Coach heritage.

The successful candidate will craft elevated knitwear, mentor juniors, and ensure brand consistency across collections, channels, and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong knitwear design knowledge and yarn technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead knitwear design from concept to show sample across Women’s and Men’s collections.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure deadlines and business objectives are met.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, product development and technical teams to align creative vision with business needs.
• Develop seasonal research—visual, vintage, and trend-based inspirations for direction.
• Present design work to internal partners and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
