Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical design experience preferred.
• Expertise in garment construction, patternmaking, and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of tech packs for assigned categories.
• Collaborate with design to translate creative vision into technical garments.
• Manage the fit process from prototype through production approval.
• Conduct fittings on live models, providing guidance on construction.
• Partner with factories to meet design specifications and timelines.
• Review and approve samples for quality adherence.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in garment production.
• Stay updated on industry fabric trends and construction techniques.
