Job summary

W3Global is seeking a seasoned Senior Designer to lead luxury kitchen and interior projects in the Bay Area showroom. You will develop client relations, present concepts, and drive installations from first meeting to final delivery.

Join a high-end design team with access to notable Italian brands, a multi-brand showroom, and opportunities to grow a sales/design team. On-site in Los Altos, CA with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in luxury kitchen, cabinetry or interior design.
• Bay Area / Silicon Valley luxury residential market familiarity.
• Established network of clients and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and convert new business through relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.
• Lead client consultations and showroom presentations, guiding clients through the full design process.
• Create tailored kitchen and interior solutions that balance form, function, and lifestyle.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, and cabinetry specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and installers to protect design intent and technical feasibility.
• Conduct site visits and manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Help shape the showroom's design direction and brand presentation.

What You'll Do:-

• Develop and convert new business through your relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and developers
• Lead client consultations and showroom presentations, guiding clients through the full design process
• Create tailored kitchen and interior solutions that balance form, function, and lifestyle
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, and cabinetry specifications

What We're Looking For:-

• 5-7+ years of experience in high-end kitchen, cabinetry, or interior design, ideally in a showroom or dealer setting
• Proven experience in the Bay Area / Silicon Valley luxury residential market
• An established network of clients and trade partners (architects, designers, GCs, builders)
• A track record of closing high-value projects
• Familiarity with European cabinetry and furniture systems is a strong plus
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or Adobe Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to work onsite in Los Altos
• Nice to have: Experience building and leading a sales or design team. Candidates who take on team leadership will earn an additional override commission on team sales.
