Job summary

Bristlecone is seeking an experienced Kinaxis Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for complex supply chains.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end Kinaxis deployments, translate business needs into scalable planning apps, and collaborate closely with stakeholders, IT, and operations to deliver high-quality results. Mentorship and governance are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years IT experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Kinaxis implementation projects as Solutions Architect/Lead Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Kinaxis solutions.
• Design architecture aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Configure Kinaxis data models, workbooks, dashboards, and planning apps.
• Lead solution workshops and provide guidance to project teams.
• Integrate Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, and other ERP systems.
• Develop design documents, technical specs, and deployment strategies.
• Perform solution validation, testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure governance and quality standards; support pre-sales activities.
