Job summary

Bristlecone seeks a Kinaxis Senior Solution Consultant to design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements to Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role focuses on end-to-end configuration, modeling, and dashboard enhancements, with opportunities to optimize planning across Demand, Supply, and Inventory planning domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse implementation or enhancement experience.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP processes.
• Experience with data modeling, calculations, worksheets, dashboards, and automation within Kinaxis.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse enhancements across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and related planning processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure and enhance Kinaxis models, worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and business logic.
• Perform impact assessments, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business users to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Create solution documentation and knowledge transfer material.
• Support release management and post-deployment stabilization activities.
• Provide recommendations on Kinaxis best practices and solution optimization.
