Job summary

Lam Research in the United States is seeking a Kinaxis Program Manager to act as the SME and single point of contact for Kinaxis-related activities within Global Order Fulfillment. This on-site role is based in Tualatin, OR and focuses on driving system adoption, process improvements, and reliable production planning across the global factory network.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in production planning or supply chain planning, experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, and strong skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain planning.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or equivalent planning systems.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, S&OP processes and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Kinaxis SME and Single Point of Contact for all Kinaxis-related activities.
• Own the intake, prioritization, communication, and resolution of Kinaxis break-fix issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning quality, automation and efficiency.
• Develop Kinaxis reporting and analytics, including SRF changes, ATP, and capacity planning dashboards.
• Gather and translate business requirements into Kinaxis solutions and manage the enhancement backlog.
• Coordinate testing, validation, training and deployment with cross-functional teams.
