Senior Key Agency & Pro Market Field Support Specialist

Join us as a Senior Key Agency & Pro Market Field Support Specialist at Canon USA. This full-time, virtual role involves supporting professional photojournalism and photography/video industries by demonstrating Canon products, providing technical support, and engaging with key industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit professional end users to demonstrate and educate on Canon imaging products.
2. Support imaging professionals through troubleshooting, loans, and technical advice.
3. Conduct training seminars in collaboration with sales teams.
4. Assist with product launches, marketing, and event support.
5. Develop technical support activities and participate in trade shows and events.
6. Create technical documentation and support materials.
7. Follow up on leads, develop new business contacts, and provide customer feedback.
8. Represent Canon in interviews, social media, and marketing assets.
9. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
10. Support internal departments with technical expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in imaging, photojournalism, marketing, or business, plus 5 years of related experience.
• Deep knowledge of cameras, lenses, techniques, and applications.
• Experience in location photojournalism or photography, including image editing and transmission.
• Experience in a hybrid still/video environment; agency or wire service experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 70%, including international travel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Working knowledge of CRM preferred.

Additional Information:
