Senior Key Account Manager Nevada and Northern California

The Senior Key Account Manager will sell Beckman Coulter Diagnostics solutions and manage strategic customer accounts, focusing on relationship retention, growth, and new customer acquisition. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and understanding customer environments to develop tailored solutions.

This position is remote, covering the North America region, with 50%-75% travel in Sacramento, CA, and Nevada. You will work with the West Area team to ensure account growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Analyzing financial indicators and aligning solutions with customer goals.
  • Leading strategic account planning and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
  • Using DBS tools for resource coordination and maintaining sales pipelines.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience or master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.
  • Five years of Diagnostics sales experience.

Travel requirements: 50%-75% travel, with in-person meetings 75% of the time.

Preferred additional experience:

  • Understanding healthcare financial goals and strategic planning.
  • Leadership in sales teams and account planning.
