The Senior Key Account Manager, Neuroscience Will
  • Operate as an authority in behavioral health trends, clinically and geographically.
  • Build account plan strategies understanding account structures, patient flow, access landscapes, and market trends.
  • Gain insights to anchor strategic plans aligned with customer needs and brand strategies.
  • Lead account plan development, clarify roles, champion Neuroscience Ways of Working, and ensure accountability.
  • Identify and develop relationships with decision makers influencing behavioral health care.
  • Engage internal partners and educate to increase patient access across care delivery and payer accounts.
  • Proactively lead internal teams to meet marketing strategies and execute account plans.
  • Adhere to all compliance guidelines and policies.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Valid driver’s license in the US
  • 8+ years relevant experience, including 5+ in healthcare sales/account management
  • Understanding of US healthcare industry and care delivery
  • High clinical knowledge in schizophrenia, depression, etc.
  • Proven sales success
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Experience handling complex accounts and building rapport
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, and reside or relocate to the territory

Preferred:

  • 2+ years in Neuroscience
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical access landscape
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience with large accounts and reimbursement systems
  • Master’s degree or MBA
