Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks a Project Executive - K12 to lead day-to-day operations for construction, project management, and administration. You will help develop and implement policies to meet corporate goals while driving profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires extensive K12 project experience, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and the ability to coordinate complex schedules and budgets across phases from pre-construction to post-construction.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in K12 education projects is required, with emphasis on private negotiated delivery GC/CM or Progressive Design-Build.
• Graduate of a four-year degree program in construction management or construction science preferred, but not required.
• 10+ years of experience assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.

Responsibilities

• Enhance client relationships through award-winning service and successful project completion.
• Promote positive subcontractor relations and professional conduct with all subs and vendors.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing in early project setup to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach project team by establishing annual performance goals for direct reports.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the industry and with other service groups.
• Draft and negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate to project team.
