Job summary

GFT Architects, Inc. seeks a Sr. Justice Architectural Project Manager to drive growth in the justice and corrections market. Lead client relationships, guide project delivery, and mentor the Justice Architecture team across multi-office collaborations in a hybrid work setup.

You will shape design solutions, manage scopes and budgets, and advance pre-positioning and new business pursuits with government and public entities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in the justice and corrections market.
• Licensed Architect in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience leading projects, business development pursuits, and client relationship management.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, BlueBeam Revu, Adobe Creative Suite, and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the Justice Architecture team while engaging with clients and design partners.
• Promote the firm's capabilities within the justice and corrections market.
• Lead pre-positioning, proposal development and client presentations.
• Direct design teams and ensure high-quality construction document production.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Mentor entry-level and emerging staff throughout project delivery.
