BizCap in New York City seeks an experienced Lead Judgment Enforcement Strategist & Asset Investigator to oversee a $100M+ commercial judgment portfolio, auditing, tracing assets, and developing recovery strategies in a high-autonomy on-site role.

You will collaborate with internal legal managers and paralegals to aggressively convert judgments into cash, coordinate enforcement steps, and track performance using internal CRM and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in post-judgment enforcement, asset tracing, or commercial recovery.
• Proven track record in collecting on high-value judgments.
• Deep knowledge of post-judgment remedies and subpoenas.
• Advanced investigative capabilities with asset tracing tools.

Responsibilities

• Continuously audit and rank the judgment portfolio to guide enforcement roadmaps.
• Conduct comprehensive forensic asset investigations on debtors and guarantors.
• Develop innovative subpoena strategies targeting non-traditional third parties.
• Coordinate steps across enforcement phases from mapping to recovery.
• Prepare and review legal documents and court communications.
• Precision-track communications, actions, and milestones in CRM.
