Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is seeking a Senior Journeyman to lead installation, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems in our aerospace manufacturing facility. You will diagnose CNC machines, robots, and automated systems, ensuring NFPA 70 and OSHA compliance while mentoring technicians.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman license required.
• 7+ years industrial electrical experience, preferably aerospace or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, and power distribution.
• Experience with CNC equipment, robotics, and automated lines is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and controls.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in CNC machines and automated systems.
• Read electrical schematics and ensure code compliance (NFPA 70/OSHA).
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Mentor electricians and coordinate with outside contractors for upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of repairs and inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement in electrical systems and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
