Job summary

The Employee Connect is seeking a Senior Joint Target Intelligence Analyst to support a critical defense program at Fort Meade, Maryland. This onsite role requires deep expertise in joint targeting, target system analysis, combat assessment, and all-source intelligence for DoD and IC operations.

The ideal candidate will mentor junior analysts, coordinate with mission partners, and produce targeting products, briefings, and executive-level assessments while upholding IC tradecraft standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience supporting joint targeting, intelligence analysis, or related discipline, with some of it within the last 2 years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Master's degree or 17 years total experience (if no master's).
• Extensive knowledge of Joint Targeting Cycle, JP 3-60, and DoD targeting doctrine.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain target systems supporting joint operations.
• Conduct Joint Targeting activities, including target development and combat assessment.
• Maintain target intelligence records in approved databases and upload materials.
• Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments.
• Coordinate with planners, analysts, and mission partners.
