Qualifications

• Seven years of warfighting operational experience with expertise in collateral damage estimation and targeting.
• Strong knowledge of Joint Targeting processes, regulations, and DoD/J7 directives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME for Joint Targeting and JTS programs.
• Analyze collateral damage methodology, procedures, precedent, policy, and regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and standardize Joint Targeting and CDE training materials.
• Support curriculum reviews, certification events, accreditation activities, and working groups.
• Identify operational/training deficiencies and propose corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze operational, intelligence, and training data.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and evaluations.
• Develop courses of action and recommendations from analytical findings.
• Propose risk-mitigation strategies and recommended solutions.
• Apply knowledge of DoD intelligence systems and capabilities.
• Support analysis of intelligence collection, processing, management, and dissemination.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and position papers.
