Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Joint Target Intelligence Analyst to support DoD/IC operations from Fort Meade. The role requires extensive joint targeting, target system analysis, all-source intelligence, CDE, BDA, and time-sensitive targeting expertise.

The candidate will conduct joint targeting, develop products and briefings, and mentor junior analysts while integrating GEOINT and SIGINT with other sources. Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of directly related intelligence/joint targeting experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• Joint Targeting School certification.
• Experience with CDE methodology, target system analysis/development, BDA, and dynamic/time-sensitive targeting.
• NSA or USCYBERCOM support experience.
• GEOINT/SIGINT/all-source intelligence integration experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and briefing skills.

• Perform Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE), Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), and combat assessment.
• Support dynamic and time-sensitive targeting operations.

• Support target prioritization and operational planning.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance.
