Job summary

Athenix Special Missions Group seeks a Joint SOF Trainer to work at Camp Lejeune, NC, supporting the MARSOC exercise planning team. You will design, script, and deliver training across SOF core activities and joint HQ tasks at operational and strategic levels.

Role requires experience in adult learning, instructional design, and coordination with USSOCOM and TSOC staffs to ensure alignment with doctrine and readiness objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in SOF, or Associate’s with 13+ years in SOF.
• Minimum 8 years of special operations experience.
• Experience with joint training systems and exercise planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain currency on SOF training requirements and doctrine.
• Prepare training methods and materials using ADDIE principles.
• Coordinate with USSOCOM HQ and TSOCs for synchronized exercise design.
• Develop and script training events, scenarios, and injects.
• Deliver in-person and online training to staff and partners.
