• Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in Welding, Brazing process development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement joining, brazing, and furnace heat treatment processes for gas turbine repairs.
• Apply analytical thinking to resolve welding and brazing process challenges.
• Collaborate with Repairs Value Stream to meet quality, volume, and timeliness standards.
• Industrialize and deploy processes from validation to production.
• Program and optimize joining and welding platforms.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Repair Eng, Quality, and Operations for alignment.
• Integrate systems such as machining, surface prep, and automation to improve performance.
• Draft technical docs, process specs, and qualification plans.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
