Job summary
Aether Aerospace in the United States is seeking a Jira Developer/Administrator to maintain self-hosted Jira and Confluence environments for the Cloud One program. You will configure workflows, automate processes, manage permissions, dashboards, and reporting to support agile and SAFe practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years of Jira/Confluence admin exp in enterprise
- Experience with Jira workflow design, automation, permissions, and plugin administration
- Experience with Atlassian installations, migrations, or environment consolidations
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain self-hosted Jira and Confluence environments.
- Configure workflows, screens, fields, permissions, dashboards, filters, and JQL queries.
- Develop automation using Jira Automation and ScriptRunner.
- Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and security controls.
- Perform backups, re-indexing, patching, upgrades, and plugin administration.
- Test Atlassian application and plugin upgrades for compatibility and stability.
