Overview

REQUIREMENT: Senior Jira Cloud Developer & Atlassian Solutions Specialist — ITSM Optimization, Workflow Automation & Cloud Migration Expert. Austin, Texas (Remote) — Locals Only. Need Overall 10 Years of experience. 3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8 years of Experience managing Jira Software and ITSM projects, including workflows, permissions, and automations.
• 5 years of Expert-level proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) for building complex queries.
• 5 years of Experience using Jira REST APIs and scripting languages for custom integrations and enhancements.
• 5 years of Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to document technical processes clearly
• 3 years of Hands-on experience with plugins like Script Runner, JMWE, and Email

Preferred:

• Experience with Jira on-premises to cloud migration (workflows & data).
• Familiarity with Atlassian Access and basic knowledge of Active Directory & access controls.

Specific Skills:

• Jira Software & ITSM administration (Jira Cloud).
