CGI is seeking a Senior JEE Software Developer to design and implement Java-based interface services for a large U.S. federal transformation. You will work with OpenShift, Spring Boot and Apache Camel to enable data transformation, crosswalking and high-volume processing across enterprise systems.

You'll take on mission critical integration work including data transformation and enrichment, crosswalking, transaction/data synchronization across multiple systems, and the reliable sequencing and processing of high volume financial data. We build and deploy containerized Java services on OpenShift using Spring Boot and Apache Camel, and you'll collaborate closely with financial SMEs and seasoned engineers with deep federal financial integration experience. Your future duties and responsibilities

Day to day activities include designing, building, testing and maintaining interface software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel. Additional responsibilities include:

• Working closely with subject matter experts to interpret requirements and translate to software solutions
• Participate in technical meetings with client technical specialists and stakeholders
• Provide support for downstream testing efforts and defect resolution
• Participate in the Agile process
• Support the maintenance of interface design and interface control documents or other applicable documentation
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on the team

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
