Job summary

The role collaborates with business process owners and key users to ensure requirements are well defined and aligned with ERP capabilities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years designing and implementing JD Edwards or similar planning tools, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 5+ years in a senior analyst role designing and implementing ERP solutions, JD Edwards or similar.
• 5+ years in consumer products or food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and functional specifications with end users and management.
• Research emerging solutions and assess benefits/risks of changing technology.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization or redesign and development of new processes.
• Develop and manage relationships within IT and with business leaders and staff.
• Ensure delivery of service requests and maintain regular user communication during delivery.
• Develop robust UAT plans and serve as IT owner of User Acceptance Testing.
• Manage project financials globally with external resources.
