West Fraser, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Order to Cash to serve as the functional expert for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne supporting sales, pricing, customer master, inventory, transportation, shipping, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

The role reports to the ERP Applications Manager and focuses on design, support, and continuous improvement. You will lead requirements analysis, prepare functional specs, drive process improvements, and ensure solutions are tested and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, business, or related field.
• 8–10+ years JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience.
• 5+ years in Sales Order Management and Order-to-Cash with JDE.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end O2C in JDE/OTM.
• Experience with EDI platforms and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design for JD Edwards Order-to-Cash processes.
• Analyze requirements and translate to scalable functional designs.
• Coordinate testing and release activities across O2C portfolio.
• Mentor analysts and collaborate with ERP Applications Manager.
