Job summary

Nordson Industrial Coating Systems is seeking a Principal Business Analyst to drive JD Edwards EnterpriseOne initiatives across finance, distribution, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain. You will lead requirements, design discussions, and ensure secure, scalable improvements while mentoring peers.

You will partner with process owners, architects, and vendors to shape roadmaps, manage change, and deliver measurable benefits in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, finance, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in business analysis, ERP, or enterprise applications, with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience.
• Proven leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives across domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, analysis, and design for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne initiatives and integrations.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, and vendors to translate objectives into requirements and tests.
• Plan design reviews, prototyping, testing, data validation, and cutover readiness.
• Maintain backlog of enhancements and defects, prioritize by value, risk, and effort.
• Mentor other analysts and contribute to roadmap and governance.
