• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Typically requires 7 or more years of progressive business analysis, enterprise applications, or ERP experience, including substantial JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience and demonstrated leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
• A successful candidate will have a record of analyzing complex business needs, influencing decisions without direct authority, and delivering secure, scalable, measurable process and technology improvements.

• Lead discovery and analysis for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne initiatives, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements across finance, distribution, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and asset management.
• Partner with owners, SMEs, architects, developers, security teams, and vendors to translate objectives into functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Evaluate current-state processes, data, controls, pain points, and system capabilities; define future-state processes and scalable options.
• Develop business cases, process maps, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
• Recommend configuration and delivered functionality before customization, balancing value, UX, security, and total cost of ownership.
• Provide senior functional guidance for JD Edwards, data, integrations, reporting, security, batch processing, and adjacent platforms.
• Demonstrate understanding of integrations and their configuration across JD Edwards and connected systems.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts; facilitate timely decisions with stakeholders.
• Lead the business-analysis workstream for implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, integrations, and global rollouts.
• Define outcomes, scope, priorities, estimates, milestones, and delivery approaches with product owners and sponsors.
• Coordinate design reviews, prototyping, testing, defect triage, data validation, cutover readiness, training, and go-live support.
• Create and execute test strategies and scenarios for end-to-end processes, integrations, reports, controls, and data quality.
• Maintain a well-defined backlog of enhancements and defects and support prioritization.
• Monitor outcomes and service trends; recommend actions to reduce manual work and recurring issues.
• Ensure solutions are documented, supportable, auditable, and handed to operations.
