Rose International in Irving, TX seeks a senior software engineer with 8+ years building enterprise-scale, highly componentized applications. You will contribute across front-end and back-end layers, with strong Java and Spring expertise and experience with REST services.

Ideal candidates have cloud-native development, DevOps tooling, and deep database skills (Oracle SQL). The role offers a stable, full-time position with attractive development opportunities within a large US-based company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-scale, highly componentized applications
• Front-End Development: Experience in Angular, React, Swift, Kotlin and Jest
• Back-End Development: Server-side logic and APIs with Java, Python, or similar
• Java ecosystem: Java, Spring (Boot/Security/Web/Data), threading, JDBC, OOD/OOP, GoF patterns
• Messaging: MoM, Micro-services REST, Kafka, RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ/IBM MQ
• Cloud-Native & DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker; CI/CD tools Tekton, Harness, Jenkins
• Database: SQL (Oracle dialect), SQL optimization, Liquibase changesets
• Architecture & Design: Patterns, coding standards, modularity
• System Optimization: Debugging and performance tuning

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-scale, highly componentized applications


• Front-End Development: Demonstrated experience in either Angular, React, Swift, Kotlin, and associated testing frameworks (Jest).


• Back-End Development: Solid experience in developing server-side logic and APIs using languages such as Java, Python, or similar.


• Java Ecosystem Proficiency: Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Web, Spring Data, coupled with hands‑on experience in Threading, Collections, Exception Handling, JDBC, OOD/OOP Concepts, and GoF Design Patterns.


• Messaging & Integration Architectures: Experience with Messaging-Oriented Middleware (MoM), and Micro‑services utilizing REST, with a strong understanding of Kafka and other enterprise messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ).


• Cloud-Native & DevOps Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud‑ready applications and deployment pipelines on large-scale container platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). Strong understanding of CI/CD environments and tools (Tekton, Harness, Jenkins, Code Quality).


• Database Expertise: Proficient in SQL, particularly Oracle dialect, with comprehensive knowledge of database SQL optimization. Generate deltas between data model versions, transform them into Liquibase changesets, and deploy them in release train environments.


• Architectural & Design Principles: In-depth knowledge of industry-standard best practices, design patterns, coding standards, modularity, and prototyping.


• System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Advanced skills in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing complex enterprise applications.
