Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking a senior frontend/backend engineer to design modern, scalable interfaces and robust microservices. You will work across Angular frontend and Java backend, with OAuth2/OIDC security, OpenAPI docs, and cloud-native deployment on GCP.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years Angular experience and 5+ years Java backend, plus strong database and Kubernetes skills for high-throughput systems.

Qualifications

Frontend: 4+ years with Angular 17+ or 19, TypeScript, RxJS.
Backend: 5+ years Java backend, Micronaut 4.9.3, OAuth2/OIDC.
DB: PostgreSQL or AlloyDB with migrations (Flyway).
Cloud: strong Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise.
Kubernetes: hands-on with GKE, Docker, ingress and autoscaling.
CI/CD: familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Cloud Build.

Responsibilities

Design and develop frontend interfaces using Angular; ensure responsiveness.
Implement state management and API integrations.
Build and maintain microservices with Java 23 and Micronaut; ensure security and tests.
Implement OAuth2/OIDC for enterprise access control.
Model and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL/AlloyDB).
Configure Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and cloud infra.
