Job summary

Genpact LLC in the United States is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead - Application Development (JAVA) to design and implement Java-based applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will participate in code reviews, stay current with Java technologies, drive continuous improvement, and act as a subject matter expert, shaping AI-enabled enterprise software across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degrees in computer-related fields.
• Oracle Certified Java Associate certification.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Kafka, Java and Python.
• Experience with Java web development and APIs.
• English language proficiency required (C2).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Java-based applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
