Qualifications

• Must have formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of experience.
• Hands-on server-side experience with Java and related frameworks (JEE, Spring, Spring Boot).
• Experience with REST, Kafka, JUnit, and integration testing.
• Ability to design, build, test, and deploy software in a large corporate environment.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and data handling.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions and troubleshooting with non-routine problem solving.
• Produces secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with supporting systems.
• Uses enterprise AI coding tools to improve quality, speed, and productivity with peer review and automated tests.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to enhance automation value.
• Creates architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures constraints are met.
